Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Materials: Create engaging lesson plans, presentations, and materials that cater to the learning needs of the audience.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions that are informative and interactive.
  • Evaluate Progress: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants through tests, surveys, and discussions.
  • Update Curriculum: Keep training content up-to-date with the latest industry trends and organizational changes.
  • Support Learners: Provide guidance and support to learners to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their roles.
  • Coordinate with Management: Work with managers to identify training needs and ensure that training objectives align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor Training Outcomes: Track and report on the outcomes of training initiatives to stakeholders and use this data to improve future training.

  • Organizational Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills to manage training schedules and resources.
  • Ready to relocate to Chennai and travel across Tamilnadu
